What are the current shipping times?

Current Shipping Time:  10-12 business days. Please allow up to 15 days during holidays, and sales events.

Ship/Delivery Dates: Please provide a current address, we will not replace any product shipped to the wrong address. Once the package is out of our hands we cannot guarantee a delivery date. 

Where do we ship to?

We are currently shipping within the United States(including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada via USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Tracking is sent to you via email to the email you provided with your order. Shipping is calculated by the website set by USPS.

Will you combine orders?

Yes, as long as your previous order has not already shipped. It also helps if you contact me to inform me there was a double order. You will be refunded the additional shipping and the orders will be combined.

What happens if I need a new brush or label for my bottle?

I do not accept returns due to the nature of the product but I do accept cancellations. Once the order has left I am unable to cancel as it will be in transit to you.

What do I do with broken and/or other issue items?

Please contact me at bcblacquers@yahoo.com within 48 hours of your delivery.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery. I will provide you with a return label that you can print and attach to a mailer. If you need a bubble mailer please email me.

Request a cancellation within: 2-3 days of purchase.

  • I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Tips & Help

Glitter or flakie heavy polishes may settle during transit. BCB asks that you shake your polishes to help move glitter or pigment that may have settled. Weather conditions also can affect polishes. Please give your polish some time to reach room temperature before opening and using or it may thicken up.
